Refunds and Returns
Everything you purchase from Vista Digital is completely bespoke and printed for you!
We carry out quality checks on all orders prior to dispatch to ensure your murals are in tip top condition when you receive them, however if you receive a mural that is damaged or incorrect, you are able to return it to us for a replacement, free of charge.
If you would like to discuss a refund, please contact our refunds team on firstname.lastname@example.org and please have the following information available:
- Order reference number
- Reason for return
- Whether you are looking for a replacement product or a refund
- Please notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to discuss a return.
- We will assess your return request and once satisfied we will ask you to send the mural back to us in its original undamaged packaging with your full contact details.
- Refunds can only be issued to the card used for the original purchase.
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to measure their wall and to provide accurate measurements when purchasing a mural.
- Vista Digital accept no responsibility for inaccurate wall measurements or for defective installation, nor will we accept any consequential loss.
- It is the customers responsibility to check the product upon receipt, before hanging to a wall surface and notify us of any issues. We are unable to offer any refunds resulting from incorrect hanging of our wall murals. We offer installation guidance in the form of a video, or we offer a guaranteed installation service to mitigate installation issues.
